Please print off this email and bring it with you on your arrival day.  You will need this information to gain access to your cottage.

Please be aware that mobile reception is patchy, hence the importance of printing off and reading this information before you leave home. Some of the more rural roads may not be well lit or signposted so please make sure you have spent time planning your route. If arriving late at night, it’s also advisable to bring a torch for both map reading and finding the door.

Your arrival

We shall have your cottage ready for 4pm on your arrival day. Please do resist the temptation to arrive early without prior arrangement because we only have a few hours between the departure time of 10am and your arrival. This is just enough time to ensure your property is cleaned and presented to the 5* standards you will be expecting.
